Transportation for Residents to DeLand High School Hurricane Shelter

For Pierson residents needing transportation to a hurricane shelter, Volusia County Schools has arranged for two buses to pick up at Pierson Town Center, 116 W. 1st Avenue, on Wednesday, October 9 at 9:00 AM. These buses will provide transportation from Pierson to the DeLand High School shelter.
Those who would like to use the shelter during Hurricane Milton should meet at the Pierson Town Center by 9:00AM on Wednesday morning. Buses will depart at 9:00 AM.
